I am Quillie Williams, Associate Broker / REALTOR® and Team Leader of Quillie Real Estate Team with Maximum One Greater Atlanta Realtors. I have been helping clients with real estate since 1998, serving homeowners and buyers across Metro Atlanta, including Douglas, Cobb, Paulding, Fulton, and surrounding communities.
Before becoming a full-time real estate professional, I worked as a CPA and also gained lender experience. That background helps me look beyond surface-level numbers. I help clients understand pricing, net proceeds, affordability, financing, risk, timing, and the practical choices that can affect their final result.
