    Quillie was instrumental in finding us our home in Douglasville. He helped us avoid what was likely an unfair deal early on with an unethical seller realtor. The time spent on that house, and having it fall through meant we were now far behind schedule to find a home. Quillie then got back to work and guided us to was turned out to be our forever home. Once we entered the contract stage, we were then presented with a unique situation on the seller’s end before we were able to purchase. Quillie once again helped us sort that through. He has vast knowledge in the local housing market and was empathetic to our particular needs. We are truly blessed to have had Quillie shepherd us to our new neighborhood. I decided to search google for the "Top Realtor" in the Douglasville, GA area after 2 years of being unsuccessful with a previous realtor. Mr. Quilie's profile came up in the top 10 and we contacted him. That was the absolute best thing I could ever do. Mr. Quillie comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Especially with the VA loan process. We searched for almost 3 months for a home and every time we got a no he would say "you just have to wait your turn, it will happen". I must admit I was irritated with the response... but today Aug 9th, 2021, we closed on our home. A BEAUTIFUL Home! Thank you Mr. Quillie for your patience and determination!
